Lighting.. why is so dificult for some?

I think one of my biggest weaknesses as a photographer is LIGHTING! This is a subject that I still don't have the best experience and I don't know some much about it, even thou I read almost every day about this I always get confuse. Should I take a course or should I keep reading? I think both will be the best.

My tips to you:

* The sun is you best friend use it wisely, always in front of the subject.
* Flash or no Flash, is really up to you. I personally don't use it. But it does help to fill does space is that stay dark when you outdoors.
*Reflector, is you don't have help is really difficult to use it.
* LOW ISO! When is outdoors.
* Is you inside, put your subject direct to a window (in front or sideways).
