I been working for an airline for almost 3 years now but even thou I should be use too, it blows my mind when I get that particular customer that is requesting for a wheelchair because he's to lazy to walk. Perception is a reality and we need to be conscious of what we do.
Most of the time this is the case because they don't want to make the line or don't want to carry his bag and this same customer are the ones that won't cheap the person who assist them with their WCHR and help then in anything the need.
